Medien: Real Madrid will Superstar für Florian Wirtz von Bayer Leverkusen opfern
Real Madrid are reportedly willing to sacrifice a superstar to sign Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Florian Wirtz.
According to German outlet Bild, Real Madrid are so keen on signing Wirtz that they are prepared to offer either Vinicius Junior or Rodrygo Goes in exchange.
Wirtz, 19, is one of the most highly-rated young players in world football and has been linked with a move to Real Madrid for some time.
The Spanish giants are believed to be particularly impressed by Wirtz's creativity, dribbling ability and goalscoring prowess.
Wirtz has scored 10 goals and provided 14 assists in 31 appearances for Leverkusen this season.
He has also been capped by Germany on four occasions.
If Real Madrid are able to sign Wirtz, it would be a major coup for the club.
The German international is seen as a potential successor to Luka Modric and Toni Kroos in Real Madrid's midfield.
However, it remains to be seen whether Leverkusen would be willing to sell Wirtz, who is under contract until 2026.
